Does my video leave my device?
The original video stays in your browser. Only extracted audio is sent for transcription and deleted after processing. Finished exports are rendered locally.
What do I get for free?
Fix Loop, all 33 styles, preview, and 720p export with a watermark — plus 60 processing minutes each month after you create an account. You only pay to publish cleanly or for more capacity.
How is PAYG different from Pro / Max?
Minute packs only add processing time. They never unlock HD, subtitle files, Range, Translation, or other Pro capabilities. Free and paid subscription minutes refresh monthly (no rollover); PAYG balance carries over and never expires.
Can I hold Pro and Max at the same time?
No. You have one paid subscription. Upgrading to Max replaces Pro, keeps unused subscription minutes, and adds Max’s monthly grant for the current period. Next month you only receive Max’s monthly minutes.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel from Account takes effect immediately. You return to Free: Pro capabilities lock, remaining subscription minutes are cleared. Free monthly minutes are only topped up if you have not already received them this calendar month (cancel cannot farm Free minutes). PAYG minutes stay. You can resubscribe anytime.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs through PayPal (card or PayPal balance, depending on your PayPal account). We never store card numbers. You’ll return here after approving payment.
What’s different about yearly billing?
Yearly Pro and Max are billed once per year at the annual price shown (about two months free vs paying monthly). You still get the same monthly processing-minute grant each billing period.
How do refunds work?
